Sidell did a thorough job while working within the guidelines of Select Home Warranty. I would request him again. Stay away from Select Home Warranty, though. They are difficult to work, not only with the home owner, but also the technician. They provide no direct phone line for the technician for approval and they have to wait on the phone as long as the home owner does!
